You're welcome, I was just a bit confused as the link was exactly the same.

 Funny enough, I have been telling people to do a manual install of Media Smart DVD lately to get it to run. DavidPK discovered that one.

 However with some people the registry is so damaged that it still will not install or run and all these errors keep popping up of missing dll's and run time error's.

We need to know which model laptop you have before we can help."Full" model number or P/N as listed on Service Tag attached to bottom of laptop.

Also need to know which OS you are running, Vista,Windows 7??

this driver could update my G62-b10SV display driver, but can't update the other display, coz my laptop are switchable graphic, still cannot get highest performance screen resolution, still in 1024x768 , help ???
