Guide:
First you need to uninstall the old version of Adobe Flash Player.
Check the link below to find out how you should do it:
Open Internet Explorer. Download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player for this browser from here.
Notes:
- Please install the ActiveX component when you will be prompted about it.
- Close every browser when you will be prompted about it.
- You may want to de-select the option to include extra software like McAfee Security Scan Plus with the installer, because they are not required.
Are you using other browser like Firefox or Opera?
If yes, then you need to open this link in one of this browsers and install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. This way, at one time Adobe Flash Player will be installed on both browsers.
Note:
Close every browser when you will be prompted about it.
What about Chrome?
This browser uses built-in Adobe Flash Player plugin and that's why it doesn't require any action.
