Upgrading HP 530 notebook

Simply question...

Can I install a new video card in my hp530 notebook?

The original onboard video card is Intel GMA945 and the cardbus appears are Intel AGTL+

The video memory and display adapter are not an option for upgrade in the notebook computers. This is because the notebook computers are equipped with an onboard graphics adapter which cannot be replaced separately. Additionally, there is no provision for the installation of an additional graphics adapter like in a desktop computer, where you can install two display adapters simultaneously (a PCI and an AGP display adapter), if it is necessary.

I scanned my system with EVEREST... and (just for information) the correct result is:
 
Under "Windows Video" : Mobile Intel(R) 945 Express Chipset Family
Under "Video Card PCI \ AGP" : Intel GMA 950 Video Adapter
Under "GPU" : Integrated: Intel 82945GME Graphics Controller 0 [A-3]
