Windows Media Player cannott play the file...NEED HELP PLEASE!

I have a problem when i play/start any recorded video from certain website and it shows the message below...

 

Windows Media Player cannot play the file because the specified protocol is not supported. If you typed a URL in the Open URL dialog box, try using a different transport protocol (for example, "http:" or "rtsp:").

 

I have HP Pavilion dv64449us, What shalI I do? help pls~
