a6720y w/ tv tuner - Not being recognized by Windows Media Center

I just bought an HP a6720y 64-bit computer. The computer comes with a TV tuner, and I can see the tuner in the slot in the back of the PC. It also comes with this little antennae to plug into it. When I start up WMC and attempt to set up the TV, it gives me the error "No TV Tuner found...". What in the hell? Is there something I'm missing here? The TV tuner has a little ass coax end on it, like 1/2 the size of a regular coax cable.

 

Anyone know how to get this working to be able to watch TV over-the-air?
