and I can not read my email on yahoo

I am using an HP DV-6 series pavilion. the last couple of days when i go to internet explorer , the big yellow e, it

tries to bring up my YAHOO home page which is where I get my e-mail. I have been getting a long stream of information

with yahoo on the left side of the screen, some places yahoo is superimposed on another yahoo, and some of the

words over on top of each other if I go down the side I can find e-mail which I log into , it some times come s up

and doesnt go any further , it gives me no e mail counts and I can not open the email when hitting the buttons

such as in box or sent box etc.....    I am windows 7 64 bit,   I tried my very old XP HP computor v ery slow and

I did manage to look at my e-mail there, it operated okay buy extremely slow.

Thanks for any help I can get I thought about deleting internet explorer and then putting it back in but not sure

how to do that either.

Hi,

You can  reset Internet Explorer as follows - be aware that this will remove Bookmarks and Saved Passwords etc.

Open windows Control Panel, open Internet Options, click the Advanced tab and then click the Reset button.  Click 'Yes' or 'Ok' to any further prompts required to complete the process.

Thanks, I followed your instructions and I did have a little problem, when I pushed the reset button

it kept telling me to close down all other open windows, I finally figured out that this window

was open as I minimized it to get back to it. after I closed it everything worked good, now I have to

reprogram for my home page etc..... Thanks you very much
