Hi,

 

I am using windows 7 home (64-bit) in Pavilion dv4-3031tx notebook. Someting while playing high performance games like "ashes cricket 2009", a blue screen appears showing some messages like "A system error is occured.....physical memory is dumped". When I plug in the charger cable to notebook, the switchable graphics option lets me change the processor and sometimes if I change, the running video becomes noisy or starts trembling. I turned off the switchable graphics option, but still the problem is happening. Recently my notebook has hung during watching a HD bluray video on youtube. I turned off the notebook, started again the video, scrolled it a few minutes ahead, and again the same happened. Reinstallation of the OS could not stop all these troubles yet to be happened often.

 

Please, give me the solution instead of going to the service center if anyone understand what I wanted to explain here. Thanks.

Download and use the free utiility called WhoCrashed? to find out what caused the bluescreen. It is a free and safe utility to use.

thanks for your reply. I downloaded that tool. It detected the display crash problem and recommended to install the latest version of the graphics driver. Though I did so, still my problem remains. When I watch youtube videos, sometimes they become noisy again and start trembling. Then I need to restart my notebook. Yesterday while watching movie, it automatically restarted. It becomes very painful to me. What else should I do??
