ati mobility radeon hd 6370 s not found on notebook. not even in device manager.

Hi
Please click Start in search box type Recovery Manager click on it then select Yes on User access control then select I need immediate help thhen select Driver and application recovery then select the Driver install it restart the unit.

my guess is that you have switchable graphics...
Now first off ManjuanTech gave you some great advice about using Recovery Manager and reinstalling your graphics driver.
I am going to give you some other troubleshooting ideas...
try plugging in your charger and go to device manager and see if your laptop is showing the radeon graphics card
if it is not showing up then open your windows start menu and type in the search box "CCC" and see if you can run your catalyst control center and see if you can use their repair option
If "CCC" wont load from the search box then go into "add and remove programs" and find "CCC" and right click on it and select "Change". Whe you select "Change" then use the repair option and see if CCC can repair your graphics card.
If both of those dont work you can try using Windows "restore" program and try and go back to a date when you remember everything was working correctly. This program will usually fix driver issues and should get you back running smoothly.
