brightness problem on pavilion m6/ dim on battery

hi i got my hp pavilion m6-1035dx a few days ago and i have noticed a problem when of my charger. even at the highest brightness (by clicking f3) on battery the screen is slightly dimer then when pluged in. also when ever i go on some websites my screen will be bright again but when i leave that site again it gets dim. i have already tryed going to power options and changing advanced settings. everything is at 100%

U can check it by restoring notebook in factory setting mode from recovery manager in windows mode or by pressing F11 key at the time in booting or using recovery dvd may be created by u by using recovery media creation. but take data backup at 1st.

I this model should be under warranty u need 2 contact HP as hardware support.
