can't open photo.jpg

I have an apple i4s cell phone and have been taking pictures for months and sending to my e-mail address. The other day i had sent a few pictures and then reviewed them. Just a few minutes later i sent another picture and it would not open. Then all previous pictures with photo.jpg would not open. All other type of jpg photos open and if I open them on my other PC in Windows XP they open. The message error i get when i try to open them is " cannot create file: photo.jpg..Right click folder you want to create the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder.

I have tried this but can't figure it out

This is a known issue, click the following link and run the Microsoft Fix-It and then attempt to download/open the photos again.
