dv6700 webcam device not found

I have a dv6768se with Vista-32 that I bought several years ago. When I first bought it, the webcam worked, but I haven't used it in a long time. It now says "no device found" when I try to use Skype/Cyberlink. I have tried to reinstall the Cyberlink program, but it will not load because it can't find a camera. There is no camera listed on the Device manager or under the USB controllers. Occasionally, I get a "unknown USB device" error. Any suggestions???

did you check whether do you hav intergrated camera in it or not give the product no let me find that for you

I am having the same thing with my dv 6700. Yet my husbands is working fine.... This is sooo iritating
