envy 15 red/orange issue

hi everybody,i am a chinese user and i just received my new envy 15-3040nr. i found out that my display can not show pure red color.and i also foud  out that a lot of envy15 owners had the same problem.now i wanna ask 2 questions,please the authoritative hp engineers answer me:1.is the red/orange issue a software or hard ware problem?can it be fixed? 2.if it is a hardware issue,is there a posibility to change the display?i mean to buy a new IPS display and exchange it.

Hello the uitlity is onliine - Please download and set to "Photo" mode. The utility will allow you to adjust the colors to your preference.
