Was wondering what kinds of graphics "hardware" upgrades are possible for this laptop?

Graphics card are built-in on the Laptop's system board so you will not be able to upgrade them....

Thanks for a reply.

So on this laptop I can't disable the onboard graphics and use an add on of some kind? Via PCI slot or PCMIA slot or some other method?

Yes, you can use an external Graphics card.... ATI XGP
