I bought this HP Pavilion g7 Notebook PC ( PN: A4B14UA) laptop last november 2011, and for some reason the webcam stopped working. I think it had something to do with uninstalling youcam, but not sure.
How do i reinstall the webcam drivers? Will that bring it back?

Can you see "HP Webcam Device" on the device manager ? If webcam device is installed you can use following the Cyberlink you cam driver but not installed the problem might be a hardware.

It doesn't show up in the device manager. I updated the BIOS, and when i went to the place where you reinstall the programs and files, there was no where to upload the cam drivers.
