First off, here's all my product info
yesterday, my built in webcam stopped working. I googled for solutions and it looks like nobody had any. I tried a system restore to a few days before it stopped working, and that didnt help. according to the device manager, my drivers are up-to-date and installed properly, but the cyberlink youcam thinks the camera isnt connected, and nothing else will register it as being active. i'm afraid to try anything else and making it even worse. i had a lot of plans that involved it over the next couple of days so i'm pretty bummed, and i really don't want to have to send it in for a repair or anything.
quite literally, I was using it one night, and then the next night, it wasn't working at all. i haven't installed anything since... my computer did do an automatic update, and i just system restored to before that happened and that didn't help at all.
is there anything at all i can do?
