most videos and youtubes are huge, no way to change them, this computer is new win 7

hp pavillion g6-1d60 us, less than a month old windows 7, videos and youtubes huge, can't change anything to make them viewable. just did a system restore, no help, computer told me to download both Java 32 and 64...any suggestions help!

Hi,

 

Most likely some setting has changed or some update did not complete correctly which caused this problem. In this case you can try uninstalling reninstalling video drivers and adobe flash player also.

 

Did you try Pressing the Control key(Ctrl) and the minus key(-) ?

 

As you said it is a new computer i would recommend to perform recovery (Factory Reset) directly by tapping F11 as soon as you turn it ON.
