Hi

 

Please provide a Model number for your product so we can provide the most accurate reply.

 

There are lots of reasons a webcam may not work, without more details, I would start start by reviewing the steps in this document.  If you still have problems, use the document to try and narrow down your symptoms and post your experience back here.
