i have a problem with my computer , is blank, one tecnical told me that is a problem whit this model dv2000, dv2415nr, i want to know if hp can fix it or not because i jus start to using it  and came that problem, , buy i have other trouble, i live in mexico and hp mexico dosen´t have the part to fix it, they want to have help for USA, they need the part to fix my computer can you help me or i must forguet the suport
