please help

While watching movies and videos, after about 15 min the screen goes black. All I need to do is touch the mouse pad and it comes back on. How can i stop this from happening?

check your power/battery options, esp if you are using battery only.

But even if not, there is a setting that will save power even when the power is plugged in.

right click the battery icon in the system tray (bottom right hand corner of your screen) and select power options, browse thru the options there, under the headings AC power and/or Battery power.
