problems running videos

hi, i am a owner of HP Pavilion g7 notebook PC 5CD2153y2x, 64 bit windows 7, i have a problem running any videos, from web or 'how 2 video'. it takes 10 min 2 view a 2 min video. the video starts, a circle appears, starts , stops, starts stop. i have disable  'add on' . i have the latest versions of Flash Player. I have contacted  windows and used 'FIX IT' for internet explore 9. the problem remains. please help.
