I have a HP notebook/netbook... I do not know how to find out more about what type of laptop it is. My problem is that the screen contrast is so high I can't see the edges of light colored objects against the white background. When I run the color calibration program it advises me to use the buttons for contrast or the menu button. However, my computer does not seem to have either a menu button or contrast buttons.
