screen or video problem...turns white in corner of screen

my screen turns white in the bottom corner, freezes and then all of the screen turns white. Then I can't use it at all. Sometimes if I grab the corner it will corner it will correct itself. Or if I move the screen with my hand.I am wondering if it is a problem with the screen?
