some of my videos wont play. i can hear sound but, the video fades in and out

Experts say its a software issue.  They want 200.00 to fix it. I am thinking it has to be something simple.

For offline videos, try this:

 

    http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html

 

For online videos, update Flashplayer should help:

 

   http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
