the colours on the monitor fade for about a half minute without an obvious reason

product name : hp pavilion dv6 3225

system : windows 7 64 bit

sometimes  the colours on the monitor fade for about a half minute without an obvious reason , what could be the reason for this ?

Hello Minanabil,

 

To try help you in this issue, first I need you to answer this questions I ask below:

 

- did you update the graphic drivers? - if not, try to do that.

 

- did you scan your computer for virus, I suggest to use the kaspersky recovery cd to do that ( I can explain how)

 

- the garanty is still on?
