using Pavvilion g4-1229dx Notebook anyone else having control key aggravation?

I have had this sent in twice now.  Comes back the same.  For example just now my zoom went to 25% by itself.  Frequently changes fonts, size, etc.  Have to double click the control key to get out of that mode.  I have learned to live with it but hoping for a recall.  Anyone else having these problems?
