What are ‘itchable’ graphics? HP’s website here,

http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c02207162&tmp_task=prodinfoCategory&cc=us&dlc=en..., shows that this computer has itchable video graphics. Do I need to scratch this computer from time to time to stop the itch?

Definitaly that's typos mistake. Should be Switchable. Please refer to this:
