video playing problems

since the past two days overtime i try to watch a video on youtube or even my own videos, why does the video look so zoomed in to the point where i cant see anything. i tried restarting my computer and even updating it. i don't know what elde to do.

please help

Try using Browser like Fiefox & Google chorme and have it checked.
