I have just rec'd a replacement hp pavilion dv7 6c47cl. There is a slight improvement over the dv7 6163us. However, I still see the same problem with the built in webcam. Any movement is choppy, blurred and my lips do not match the captured sound. I have a four year old dv6 6565us that worked better than this but that laptop was losing power and needed to be replaced.

 

I had the dv7 6565us replaced after 1st repair) a loose cable was plugged in - I finally could see images not ghosts on the video but that is when I lost the smoothness of the action and sound, 2nd) the webcam was allegedly replaced but as I had kids' rewards stickers stuck over the area and they were still in place I had to question this, 3rd) the webcam was again replaced and no stickers on the frame anymore. Following the last repairs I had lost the smoothness of any action and the lips of the speaker do not match the audio, therefore I was sent a replacement. How does one fix the choppiness?
