I HAVE AN HP 2000-369WM AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO STOP THE BUFFERING OF VIDEOS ON-LINE

In my experience buffering of internet videos doesn't have much to do with your PC, but rather is mostly dependant on the speed of your internet connection.  The faster the internet connection the less your browser will have to buffer.  If getting a faster internet connection isn't possible, an alternative is to pause the video after it starts, then let it fully buffer before hitting play again, by doing this you won't experience the frequent start and stop as the video buffers, but it will be a longer wait at the beginning as you wait for the video to download.
