So okay i really need help my mom has the hp pavilion dm1 and it's installed with windows 7. The other day she was using it and something happened where now when she is on the internet the whole screen blows up really big and doesnt fit the screen anymore. When you use the desktop everything looks normal it is just when we use the internet it is hard to move around sites and hard to get to stuff on that page. we dont know what happened but i myself have tried to reset all the default settings but they say that their on there normal settings and nothing wrong.

PLEASE HELP!!!! it is starting to drive us insane

Hold down the Ctrl key and pess - (minus) sign few times.

try going up to the page option on your browser by the tools saftey and go down to the zoom and see what it is set on sounds like it got set to a higher # than just 100 %
