windows 7 64bit. ie9,videos do not play without interuptions. HPg7-133Bdx notebook PC

All vedios,from web ,hp,and windows do not play without interuptions. just out the box computer ,no changes too defaults. it takes me 10min too wacth a 3min vedio. HP

Hi,

 

Firstly have you checked your Internet connection speed yet ? Do you have anything to compare ? Do you know how busy the server where the video stays ?
