windows 7 taskbar disappeared, how to get it back?

a brand new hp with windows 7. taskbar disappeared, how to get it back and and stay there? cntrl + esc is temorary. thx!

Hi,

 

Have you tried this:

 

(a) Click a blank space on taskbar

(b) Click Lock the Taskbar

 

or you can use this:

 

  http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-xp/help/keep-taskbar-visible?SignedIn=1
