I'm also fascinating brightness problem after upgrade Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, So I'm trying to find solution on Google and below solution working for me.

You do not have to go that far, 1st try to enable your monitor as stated in this post in my early replies, if that doesn't work for you then update your driver.
