So I purchased a laptop a little over a year ago and since then I have had to send it in 3 times now to fix the graphics. All I have gotten from customer support and tech support is a bunch of lies and deceit. My computer has not been fixed even after I talked with tech support, had pics to prove the troubles I am having and yet I am still told that nothing is wrong.
This is such garbage. I have been buying HP products for me since 2001 and the company I work for since sept 2010. I have been sold items from someone there who told me just what I wanted to hear and then recieved the exact product I was not wanting.
I just cannot believe the level of incompetence I have been shown. So today I was told I just should have spent more money on a better warrenty. I have tried to just get a refund or credit so I can just get a home PC since their laptops suck and the techs cant fix them anyway. And I was told that they are not going to do a refund and I just need to send my comp in to get it repaired!!! REALLY!!!!!
I have never been so disgusted with HP and the NO level of help from them.
HP has lost another customer and whoever else I can get to never buy from them again..
What is so lame is that since I am just 1 small little person to them they really have no intrest in helping me.
Im sure I will not even hear from someone about this either.
So maybe this posting might be read by the right person... REF # 7502259551

I am also a lost customer. you know, when I got my HP dv series a while back, I actually went to the trouble of posting on their support forums about a method of how to get the wireless working properly with windows xp, as they didn't support it and a lot of people were asking. Now they have wiped all those old archives, possibly because they were getting full of complaints.
While I understand that there was an nVidia issue and also a legislation issue,
I and anybody who asks me won't be buying anything HP again either, if it makes you feel better.

Im on the same boat. I bought a brand new HP dv7 with a malfunctioning webcam and internal mic that was faulty when it left the factory floor.
It seems a lot of people here have exactly the same problems as me. One thing for sure, they will hear from me again. Making me pay top price for their product that is wasting my time on repairs.

Here here. An All-in-one MFD that never would work with Win7x64, and now an HP 2011x that can't be adapted to a VESA wall mount. I've simply had it. Lots of other choices. I too share my story with everyone I can get to listen. No more HP for me.
