Using HP Pavilion dv-6 1130sa with 64-bit Vista Home Premium on it.
Currently experiencing a trouble installing graphics chipset. All other drivers downloaded and installed with no problems.
When I try to install, I receive is an error message "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing this software"
Chipset drivers [from hp.com or intel.com] for these chipsets do NOT work:
Mobile Intel(R) GL40 Express Chipset
Mobile Intel(R) GM45 Express Chipset
Mobile Intel(R) GM47 Express Chipset
After running DXDIAG I've found out the chipset on my PC is: Ati Radeon Graphics Processor (0x9553) , and there is no chance to find the driver for this device online.
Could you please suggest me th way to fix this problem??
I really really need this, as Photoshop is runing soooo SLOW I will loose my job...
Thank you in advance,,

the chipset and gpu are two different things. the driver you need is for your gpu (ati mobility radeon 4530), not your chipset (mobile intel...).
however, installing the newest chipset driver also can be good.
first try installing this: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?a
this is the most recent chipset software, released next monday (yes, obviously it already leaked now on intel's page, although the official release date is sept. 7).
if it doesnt work ("This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing this software"), the only hope is that hp releases "their" version of this driver some day..
however, the solution for your problem is the right gpu driver, version 9.8. best would be to download the official 9.8 driver (together with the catalyst control center) and modify the driver in order to be compatible with your 4530 gpu. the instructions on how to do that can be found here: http://h30434.www3.hp.com/psg/board/message?board.
when having done that you can play around with photoshop and even new dx10 games as much as you like, and it will work greatly (at least photoshop for sure).
