I've had my ENVY17 for 3 years now and never had this problem.  Log on this morning and when ever I move/drag a window around on my screen it flickers.  This happen only if I drag a open window around.  When ever I open a Application there is no problem but if I drag/move the open app window I get this wicked flickering.  It also flickers if I move my mouse or scrool my middle mouse button or push the left of right button.  WAZ UP?

Does it do this with an external monitor connected?

What are the different settings (60/93/120Hz, Intel/AMD) and combinations you have encountered this with?

I have been waiting for my 23 month old (Yes, 1 year and 11 months) Envy 3D for 2 months from the HP repair depot.

HP has no screens in their supply chain, I have just been told that I can have it back as is, or wait indefinitely for it to be repaired (I have all the emails to quantify my statement).

DON"T SEND IT TO THEM!

3D 120Hz screens are available from eBay: HP-Compaq 665913-001.

Amazon has 3D 120Hz screens as well: HP-Compaq 665913-001.

Does this with external conected or disconected.  I only have one choice for the Hz and it's 60Hz.
