Re: my computer won\'t play dvds

Hello CrystalShip,

I understand your computer will not play DVD’s, is that correct? I will do all I can to help you with this issue.

How about regular music cd’s do those play at all? Also if you go to start and then computer over to the right does the drive show being listed with C drive?

Re: my computer won\'t play dvds

CrystalShip,

Thank you for your quick response.

I’m not sure if you have or not but I would like you to check your current region and location settings on your computer. Here is the link that will show you how to check and change it, if it’s needed. It also includes a video and the typed out instructions are underneath it.

CrystalShip,

What program are you trying to use to play the Blu-Ray’s in?
