Sudden FPS drop

Hello, I've recently started getting FPS drop while playing certain computer games.. I have played WoW (World of Warcraft) since I bought this computer and iv managed to run on the graphic option "HIGH" with about 60-70 FPS... I never dropped until a few weeks ago.. I still play with 60 FPS the first 15 min after i start the computer (When its cold) then out of nowhere i suddenly drop to about 10 FPS... I change the graphics to LOW.. and the FPS is still pretty low .. at about 20-30 FPS... My antivirus has not detected any sort of virus.. However, this doesnt seem to affect the game "league of legends" that much.. I do get the FPS drop when playing.. to about 20 FPS - from 60.. I solve that problem with restarting my "Gamebooster" iv also been using this program since I started playing.. But restarting it does not affect any other games then LoL.. I also used to play Skyrim pretty smoothly... not I cant even walk... (it also tend to get HOT... VERY HOT, also tried to vacuum it - no effect)

The computer name is

And i bought the computer in JULY this year.
