keypad Enter Game Console and my keyboard don't mix

I recenty aquired a list of cheats for "Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter". At the top of the cheat sheat it reads:

"Press [Keypad Enter] to display the console window. Then, enter one of the following codes to activate the cheat function..."
My keyboard (shown below) lacks a keypad.  I think the "[fm]" key (detailed in lower corner)  has some thing to do with the solution to the problem, but I'm not 100% sure.  If it is please explain how to use it.
Additional info:  Laptop:  HP Pavilion tx2500 notebook PC-- uses Windows Vista Home Premium.

Do you see button written num lock on keyboard?

 

fn key + num lock key will enable your numpad.

 

You can use right side of keyboard as numpad. jkl, uio and others.
