Hello, I have just bought a notebook 14AC132LA I want to upgadre the RAM memory. I couln't find any manual with instructions in how to install the new memory, and also y I couldn't find anywhere the type of memories supported, max capacity, etc.
This is the page of the notebook:
http://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-14-ac100-Notebook-PC-series/8499318/model/9259763/drivers
Thanks for your time.

You will need the Service Manual:
See p. 43. Basically you have to remove the back cover. You have a single 4 gig module and it can take 2 x 8 gig modules for a max of 16 gigs.
I recommend just buying a second 4 gig module and upgrading to 8 gigs.
This is the right 4 gig module:
4-GB (DDR3L-1600) 691740-005
Post back if you need any more help. Memory upgrade is not technically authorized for end users so there is some risk of breaking something and voiding the warranty.
If this is "the Answer" please click "Accept as Solution" to help others find it.
