Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

My AMD Radeon 6700M Series memory clock speed is stuck at 216mhz. See below. I don't think this was happening before the update to Windows 10. I've tried overclocking it(which was a solution for a couple people), but can only get it up to 280mhz. I've reinstalled and updated the drivers multiple times. I did repaste the CPU/GPU with Mx-4 thermal compound, so I'm not sure if that is the issue. Any guesses???

Hi there @Jarret,

Welcome to the HP Support Forums! It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel. I understand you are having an issue with the video . I will be glad to help you.

There are no Windows 10 drivers for the AMD Radeon 6700M from HP or AMD.

You can try installing to Windows 8.1 driver or try to update the Window 10 default driver.

Please keep me informed of how things went.

If you require further assistance, let me know and I will gladly do all I can to help you.
