HP Recommended
Product: Elitebook 820 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The problem is the following.

Normally, when the back cover is fully closed, the black lock should be at the very right position, covering the red part for a screw. In my case it stays in the middle position and can't be moved to the right even applying a slight force. Does anyone familiar with such a problem? Any solutions?
