Sounds like you need to replace the battery. A bad battery can in some cases even halt boot up of a laptop. For what it is worth-the error message is referring to the removeable battery- not the actual internal battery on motherboard.

hi,i had a problem with my battery, below problem is showing please explain me exactly what happend.
This system has detected the storage capacity of the battery stated below to be very low.for optimal performance, this battery may to be replaced
primary (internal ) battery (601)
please say me what exactly problem with battery or cmos battery

The error is referring to the removeable battery attached to case.Notebook batteries gradually lose capacity over time.Usually last for 2-4 years. They are good for only so many charging cycles and will eventually only power the machine for a few mnutes no matter how long you charge it.
