Spectre 13-4105dx convertible
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Spectre 13-4105dx convertible.

When I press the "n" key, the default browser opens to the Microsoft help page and the Narrator annoyingly turns on, like you pressed the F1 key. When I boot into system info mode and do the keyboard test, I can see that when I press the "n" key, the F1 key flashes, F8, F12, Caps Lock and Right-Shift all produce the same results.

I followed all of the steps above (multiple virus scans in safe mode, full factory restore with original disks including a format, etc). I even went so far as to buy a new 128G M2 SSD and put a fresh factory install on that from disks - No possibility of a virus there.
