Hi SukhwinderHP

Try doing a hard reset first.
To perform a hard reset, use the following steps:
Remove the computer from any port replicator or docking station.
Disconnect all external connected devices: USB storage devices, external displays, printers, etc.
Unplug the AC adapter from the notebook computer.
Remove the battery from the battery compartment.
Press and hold down the power button for about 15 seconds to drain any residual electrical charge from the capacitors that protect the memory.
Insert the battery and plug the AC adapter back into the notebook PC; but do not connect any of the peripheral devices.
Press the power button to turn on computer.

Check if it still persists.

If yes,

Do a compete hard drive test from System Diagnostics F2 in BIOS (soon after powering on laptop, press ESC or F2 to enter BIOS/DIAGNOSTICS)

Also check if the issue is present on connecting only to AC ADAPTER with batteries removed and powered on.

Check all the connections are properly put.

Reseat the memory modules or swap them if your have 2 memory sticks after completely shutting down the laptop (PRESS SHIFT KEY, THEN CLICK SHUTDOWN) and do perform hard reset before opening up back cover. take all electrostatic precautions.

Hope this helps to resolve the issue,
