Thank you for posting on HP Forums,

The Riddle_Decipher is at your service.

It's been a long time as I had been waiting for your response in the other thread,

However, now that you have, I want to let you know that the best way to resolve the issue is to have your computer repaired at an HP repair center (free of charge, if covered by HP warranty),

Alternatively, If your device is not covered by the warranty, please visit HP Partsurfer using your product number, you could look for the part number of the defective part, then use the HP Parts Store to order the genuine parts from HP directly.

Please use the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:

Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect

Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"

Step 4. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone numberCase number and phone number appear.

They will be happy to assist you immediately.

According to the part search you referred me to... the fan part is not orderable

Part#: 720235-001
Description: SPS-Fan
roh: Comply_2.05

And I'm out of warranty. Sad!

@Rashad7

Thank you for the update,

I appreciate your time and efforts,

I understand the product is Out Of Warranty, however, I would suggest you utilize the same part number elsewhere to order it via any local store as it's a universal part number,

Also, If you could contact HP, they could offer reasonable charges to have the fan replaced, consider calling them either way.

And I'm glad you found the solution you were looking for.

Thanks for taking the time to let the community know about the solution

You've been great to work with and it has been a genuine pleasure interacting with you.

I hope both you and your product works great and remain healthy for a long time 😉

To simply say thanks for my efforts to assist you, please click the "Thumbs Up" button to give me a Kudos.

Take care now and do have a fabulous week ahead. 🙂
