Hello.
Could you help me? I can't find any information about maximum supported RAM capacity for HP Envy 15-107ur notebook. There is only information about installed 8 Gb DDR3L RAM.
Does it support to install 2 slots with 8 Gb DDR3L RAM? or only 1st - 8 Gb DDR3L RAM and 2nd - 4 Gb DDR3L RAM.
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
It has
Two non-accessible/upgradable memory module slots
DDR3L-1600 dual channel support
Support for 16-GB of system RAM in the following configurations:
● 16384-MB (8192-MB×2)
● 12288-MB (8192-MB×1+4096-MB×1)
● 8192-MB (8192-MB×1, 4096-MB×2)
● 6144-MB (4096-MB+2048-MB)
non-accessible/upgradable means you need Authorized Service Provider parts to do this for you otherwise would void warranty.
Regards.
