Product: Envy x360

In another topic, one of the volunteers here posted FRU removal videos from the HP Enterprises site.  Tried to search for one for my Envy x360 model, but to no success.  Could someone provide a link for my model 13-y013cl or to a 2015 Spectre since this 2016 Envy model is based on that older product line.

The reason none of us could post FRU links is that the link to the website has been flaky and even become a 404 error during the past week. Sometimes it has worked and other times not. It is working today. I suggest you take screen shots of what you need while it is working.

 

The closest I could come to the (13-y013cl) product name that you posted is the following one.

Unless you manage to provide a product name and screen size, providing a link to a 2015 Spectre FRU will not be possible.  2015 Spectre is too generic.
