I have Rev 3.0 webcam and cannot find the driver for it on the HP site. Does anyone know where to find this driver?
I have already called tech support and they could not have been less helpful, I hope I never have to call HP tech support again. After over 30 minutes working with technical support they requested my purchase reciepte, which I have faxed in and still have not heard back from them. I am only requesting a driver, not a product replacement, which I can only imagine how the hoops that might entail. The driver on the website is for an earlier rev, 1.0 and will not work with rev 3.0. What company does not post the drivers on the site?
Sorry for the rant, I just have not had this type of difficulty or bureaucracy to obtain a drive in many years.

I can't speak for tech support, but I can tell you that the drivers that they supplied on their downloads page doesn't work at all. Luckily I was able to find my CD. I can send you a copy of the files that were on there. Just get in contact with me and let me know if you still need it.
My camera is actually a 2.0 version, but the CD has 3.0 on the front.
I just bought a refurbished HP webcam (EW193AA#ABA) that did not come with a CD.
Would you please send me the driver for the webcam ? my email is [Personal Information Removed]

I am also having the same problem here. Installed numerous times, LED turns on when plugged in BUT the computer (A Gateway on Vista) still sees it as an unidentified object, thus not installing the drivers.
The driver I download from the site is just a .exe and I can't select it as a driver as it is not a .inf
Any help would be welcomed!
i am also in need. this webcam is the only way i can really talk to my papa cause he lives 3000 miles away. if you could please email me at [Personal Information Removed] that would be great
