I have hp pavilion 17t which has pre installed Microsoft Windows 10 in HDD now I have installed a SSD in the laptop. So, how can I move the Windows 10 to the SSD.

Do you still have the HDD? If you get a usb to SATA converter you can clone the old disk to the SSD inside the laptop.
Macrium Reflect Free Edition will work for this:

You can also do a clean install of Windows 10 to the SSD using an install disk downloaded from Media Creation Tool site by Microsoft. No Key Code needed. If you install the same version of Win 10 as was previously activated it will reactive automatically even after a hard drive change. Drivers and apps can be downloaded from here or are in the C:\swsetup folder on the old drive.
